A live audio/visual performance collaboration between myself and musician Adam Saikaley commissioned by SAW Video.
A tank of water with a mirrored surface is placed on top of a sub-woofer. Depending on the specific frequencies playing, different nodal patterns emerge in the water. The video is projected through the water and reflected onto a screen resulting in a final image that is distorted by the ripple patterns in the water.
It premiered August 1, 2014 at St. Albans in Ottawa, ON with Adam Saikaley on no-input mixer.
